GDPR Notice

As a company registered and operating in Poland (European Union), EMAN WARSAW FOR TRADING sp. z o.o. is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679). This notice summarises your rights as a data subject and how to exercise them.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by us:
Right of Access (Article 15)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data, and if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is used.
Right to Rectification (Article 16)
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you, and to have incomplete data completed.
Right to Erasure (Article 17)
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where the data has been unlawfully processed. This right may be subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while you contest its accuracy or object to our processing.
Right to Data Portability (Article 20)
Where processing is based on consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
Right to Object (Article 21)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data where it is based on our legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority:

How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please contact us in writing at: info@emanwarsaw.pl or by post at EMAN WARSAW FOR TRADING sp. z o.o., Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland.
Please include your full name and contact details so we can respond appropriately. We will respond within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.
We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
